Who operates DeltaScreener
DeltaScreener is owned and operated by Amalendu Acherjee, a sole trader, trading as DeltaScreener. Contact: hello@deltascreener.com. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Amalendu Acherjee.
What DeltaScreener is
DeltaScreener is a software-as-a-service stock screening and financial-data tool for publicly listed United States equities. We sell access to that software on a subscription basis. We do not sell, broker, or distribute securities, and we do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice of any kind.
DeltaScreener publishes reference pages containing publicly available financial data about listed companies. Those pages exist so subscribers can research and compare companies within the tool. The companies described on them are not our products, our partners, or our clients, and nothing on this site is offered for sale except a DeltaScreener software subscription.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DeltaScreener, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Plans and subscriptions
DeltaScreener offers a free tier with limited features and a paid DeltaScreener Pro subscription. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Permitted use
Your access to DeltaScreener, whether on the free tier or a paid subscription, is granted for your own personal use. You may not:
- Systematically scrape or extract data in bulk via automated means without written permission
- Redistribute or resell data obtained from the site
- Share, resell, or sublicense your subscription or account credentials
- Interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure
No investment advice
Nothing on DeltaScreener constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and we are not registered as such in any jurisdiction. All data and content is provided for informational and educational purposes only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision. Data sources and accuracy
Financial data is obtained from third-party providers. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that any figure on the site is complete, accurate, or up to date, and figures may differ from a company's official filings.
Limitation of liability
DeltaScreener is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any data it contains, including any trading or investment losses.
Governing terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be notified by email to the address on the subscription. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
