Furthermore, Decklar possesses an option to acquire a 75% stake in the Holt property, a 3,687-hectare site positioned east of Duncan, British Columbia. The company also provides funding and technical advisory services to other exploration and development ventures. Established in 2004, the company was formerly known as Asian Mineral Resources Limited before changing its name to Decklar Resources Inc. in September 2020. It is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
